What Henry Ford Can Teach You About Faith

Have you ever been told something in your life is just… impossible? Maybe it’s a dream, a breakthrough you’ve been praying for, or a situation that just won’t change.

And after hearing “it can’t be done” enough times, you start to believe it too.

Now think about Henry Ford, the founder of Ford Motor Company.

There’s a well-known story where his engineers told him a new type of engine couldn’t be built. Their conclusion? Impossible. But Ford’s response was simple: “Produce it anyway.”

They tried. Failed. Tried again. Failed again. Months passed—design after design, no success. But Ford refused to accept “impossible.” He kept pushing… until one day, they found a way.

Now here’s the thing. If a man could believe so strongly in an idea, how much more should we trust God when He speaks?

The Bible tells us, “With God nothing shall be impossible.”

Sarah laughed when she was told she’d have a child in old age—yet she did.  Isaiah prophesied a virgin birth—and it happened through Jesus.

Lazarus was dead for four days—and still walked out of the grave.  And God Himself asked through Jeremiah: “Is anything too hard for me?”

So yes, your situation may look impossible. But that’s exactly where God works best.

The Wise Believer doesn’t give up when it seems there’s no way. They keep praying, keep trusting, and keep believing—because with God, there’s always a way.
